Section 23-0.5-9-14 - Articles of incorporation; domestic nonprofit corporation

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing the articles of incorporation of a domestic nonprofit corporation:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.

(2) Fifty dollars ($50) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
