Section 23-0.5-9-11 - Certificate of amendment; domestic limited partnership

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a certificate of amendment for a domestic limited partnership:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.

(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
