Section 23-0.5-8-3 - File or transfer case to business or commercial court or docket

Notwithstanding any law that requires that a case must be filed in a specific court, a case, if otherwise eligible, may also be filed in or transferred to a business or commercial court or docket established or designated by law or supreme court rule.
