Section 22-9.5-6-18 - Previous violation by respondent in preceding five years; copy of orders to attorney general

If the commission issues an order against a respondent against whom another order was issued within the preceding five (5) years under section 15 of this chapter, the commission shall send a copy of each order issued under that section to the attorney general.
