Section 22-9-7-8 - Uses of emotional support animal; prescription(a) Emotional support animals may be used by individuals with a range of physical, psychiatric, or intellectual disabilities.(b) To be prescribed an emotional support animal, the individual seeking an emotional support animal must have a verifiable disability.
