Section 22-9-7-10 - Documentation from out-of-state health service provider to verify need for emotional support animal; exclusion(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), an individual who moves from another state may provide documentation from:(4) another mental health professional; licensed in that state, so long as the individual has an ongoing treatment relationship with the health service provider.
