Section 22-4.1-21-17 - Curriculum catalog and promotional brochure; contents

The department shall require each postsecondary proprietary educational institution to include in each curriculum catalog and promotional brochure the following:

(1) A statement indicating that the postsecondary proprietary educational institution is regulated by the department under this chapter.
(2) The department's mailing address and telephone number.
