Section 22-4-29-12 - Applicability of exemption laws for relief of debtors

The liability for any contributions, interest, penalties, and damages imposed by this chapter, or costs incidental to execution of warrants, shall not be subject to any of the provisions of the exemption laws of the state of Indiana for the relief of debtors.
