Section 22-11-3.1-6 - Holders of valid licenses; reapplication not required; chapter applicable

A contractor who on January 1, 1980, had a valid license issued by a county, or a city or town within that county, is not required to reapply for a license, but all other provisions of this chapter are applicable to that contractor.
