An institution subject to the disclosure requirement set forth in this chapter shall enter the information described in 20 U.S.C. 1011f(b) and 20 U.S.C. 1011f(c)(2) on the commission's Internet web site. However, nothing in this section may be construed to authorize the commission to post information that is confidential or proprietary.
