Section 21-41-13-7 - Reverse transfer associate degree; consent

A state educational institution may not award or confer an associate degree under this chapter or through any similar reverse transfer process without the informed and written consent of the:

(1) reverse transfer eligible undergraduate student; or

(2) reverse transfer eligible former student.
