Section 21-39.5-3-2 - New student information

An institution shall include the following information in the institution's programming for new students:

(1) The importance of:

(A) free inquiry and free expression; and

(B) intellectual diversity of viewpoints.

(2) The appropriate and inappropriate responses to speech that a student finds offensive or disagreeable.
