Section 21-39.5-2-6 - Delegation of responsibility; establishment of additional policies or criteria

Nothing in this chapter prohibits or restricts a board of trustees of an institution from:

(1) delegating responsibility under policies approved by the board of trustees to conduct the faculty reviews and make the determinations described in this chapter; or

(2) establishing additional policies or criteria.
