Section 21-38-8-6 - Approval or disapproval of matching funds(a) The council shall approve or disapprove a matching grant application within sixty (60) days after the application is received by the council.(b) The council may approve a grant application with an amount that is the same or less than the amount requested by the state educational institution.Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-69-11.
