Section 21-35-6-16 - Liability of institution limited

Indebtedness, a bond, or an obligation incurred or created under the authority of this chapter may not be or become a lien, charge, or liability against Vincennes University or against the property or funds of Vincennes University except to the extent authorized by this chapter.
