Section 21-35-2-6 - Authority to erect, construct, complete, equip, furnish, operate, control, and manage property

The board of trustees of a state educational institution may, as the board of trustees finds necessary, erect, construct, complete, equip, furnish, operate, control, and manage property with another state educational institution for the purposes of the state educational institution.
