Section 21-35-2-18 - Authority to furnish heat, light, power, and other like facilities or services with or without charge

The board of trustees may furnish heat, light, power, and other like facilities or service to any or all of the buildings, structures, or improvements contemplated by this chapter from the plant or plants or facilities of the state educational institution with or without charge.
