Section 21-35-2-16 - Bonds and pledges or mortgages made in the name of the state educational institution

Bonds and the pledge or mortgage securing the bonds, shall be issued, and made in the name, and on behalf of the state educational institution by the officer or officers that the board of trustees designates.
