Section 21-31-8-2 - Authority to furnish heat, light, power, and other like facilities or services

The board of trustees of Vincennes University may furnish heat, light, power, and other like facilities or service to any or all structures to be constructed by Vincennes University from the plant or facilities of Vincennes University, with or without charge therefor.
