Section 21-31-2-2 - Ball State board; authority to receive, administer, and dispose of all donations, bequests, grants, funds, and other property

The board of trustees of Ball State University may receive, administer, and dispose of all donations, bequests, grants, funds, and other property that is given to the state educational institution or is otherwise acquired by Ball State University.
