The secretary of Ivy Tech Community College shall keep, or cause to be kept, a true and complete record of the proceedings of the state board of trustees. The secretary shall keep the record in the headquarters of Ivy Tech Community College. The secretary shall perform such other duties as the state board of trustees determines.
