Section 21-20-3-12 - Board; appointments(a) The governor shall appoint five (5) members of the board of trustees for terms of three (3) years.(b) Whenever a vacancy occurs in the membership of the board of trustees who are appointed by the governor because of death or resignation or for any other reason, the vacancy shall be filled by an appointment of the governor for the unexpired term.Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citations: 20-12-56-3(e) part; 20-12-24-3.
