Section 21-18.5-6-25 - Violations(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person who knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly violates this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.(b) A person who, with intent to defraud, represents the person to be an agent of a postsecondary credit bearing proprietary educational institution commits a Level 5 felony.Amended by P.L. 158-2013, SEC. 252, eff. 7/1/2014.Added by P.L. 107-2012, SEC. 58, eff. 7/1/2012.
