Section 21-18-18-4 - Duties; application processBefore May 1, 2024, the commission and the department shall do the following:
(1) Develop the designation required by section 3 of this chapter.(2) Establish and publicize the criteria for awarding the designation.(3) Prescribe the form and manner of applying for a designation.(4) Make the process for applying for a designation available to interested state educational institutions, approved postsecondary educational institutions, or other postsecondary educational institutions on the commission's website.Added by P.L. 49-2023,SEC. 1, eff. 4/20/2023.
