Section 21-18-13-3 - "Athletic activity" As used in this chapter, "athletic activity" includes the following:
(1) An athletic contest or competition conducted between or among postsecondary educational institutions.(2) Competitive and noncompetitive cheerleading that is sponsored by or associated with a postsecondary educational institution.Amended by P.L. 127-2016, SEC. 24, eff. 7/1/2016.Added by P.L. 139-2014, SEC. 4, eff. 7/1/2014.
