Section 21-16-1-7.5 - "Eligible secondary school student"

"Eligible secondary school student" means a student, beginning with the cohort of students that is expected to graduate in the 2022-2023 school year, who:

(1) is enrolled in a secondary school in Indiana; and

(2) meets any other criteria established by the commission.
