Section 21-13-11-12 - Recipient compliance reports

A recipient of a grant under this chapter shall submit to the commission a written report concerning the recipient's compliance with the evaluation standards developed under section 11 of this chapter on the following dates:

(1) December 1 of each year.

(2) July 1 of each year.
