Section 21-12-4-5 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Freedom of choice grant fund(a) The auditor of the state shall create a separate and segregated freedom of choice grant fund distinct from the higher education award fund.(b) The expense of administering the fund may be paid from money in the fund.Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-21-18 part.
