Section 21-12-3-14 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Certification of applicants

The commission shall certify to the auditor of state the name and address of every applicant to whom an award has been issued. An award is effective during the academic year immediately following its award, and records and accounts relating to it shall be kept accordingly.
