Section 21-12-1.5-1 - Application This chapter applies to an individual who:
(1) did not graduate from high school with an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with academic honors designation;(2) has received an associate degree;(3) after receiving the associate degree, enrolls in a baccalaureate degree program; and(4) otherwise qualifies for an award.Amended by P.L. 192-2018,SEC. 50, eff. 7/1/2018.Added by P.L. 169-2011, SEC. 2, eff. 5/10/2011.
