Section 20-51.4-5.5-7 - CSA participating entities; charges and receiptsAn approved CSA participating entity:
(1) may not charge a career scholarship student participating in the CSA program an amount greater than a similarly situated student who is receiving the same or similar services; and(2) shall provide a receipt to a parent of a career scholarship student or an emancipated career scholarship student for each CSA qualified expense charged for education or related services provided to the career scholarship student.Added by P.L. 202-2023,SEC. 69, eff. 7/1/2023.
