Section 20-51.4-5.5-1 - Approval of individuals and entities as CSA participating entities

The commission for higher education shall, in consultation with the department, approve individuals and entities that provide sequences, courses, apprenticeships, or programs of study designated and approved under IC 20-51.4-4.5-6(a) as CSA participating entities under this article.
