Section 20-51-4-12 - Report; student school information(a) Subject to subsection (b), the department shall distribute to each school corporation, for each spring semester and each fall semester, the following information: (1) The name of each eligible school in which an eligible choice scholarship student who has legal settlement in the school corporation is enrolled.(2) The number of eligible choice scholarship students described in subdivision (1) who are enrolled in each eligible school for the school year.(3) The total number of students who have legal settlement in the school corporation and attend a: (A) public school maintained by another school corporation in Indiana; or(B) charter school located in Indiana.(4) The name (or description, if the school does not have a name) of the public or charter school to which a student described in subdivision (3) has transferred.(5) The number of students described in subdivision (3) who have transferred to each school described in subdivision (4).(b) The department shall distribute the information described in subsection (a):(1) for each spring semester, not later than December 31 of the following school year; and(2) for each fall semester, not later than May 31 of the same school year.(c) The department shall post the information described in subsection (a) on the department's Internet web site.(d) Any information distributed or posted under this section may not disclose any personally identifiable information regarding a student.As added by P.L.94-2017, SEC.1.
