Section 20-49-9-1 - Applicability This chapter applies to the following:
(1) A charter school that does not receive a pro rata share of local property tax revenue.(2) An innovation network school located in a school city, as defined in IC 20-25-2-12, that existed on January 1, 2015, that does not receive a pro rata share of local property tax revenue (referred to as an innovation network school in this chapter).Amended by P.L. 118-2016, SEC. 21, eff. 3/23/2016.Added by P.L. 213-2015, SEC. 232, eff. 7/1/2015.
