Section 20-49-2-4 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Powers; advancements to school corporations; purposes

Subject to this chapter, the state board may order the auditor of state to periodically make an advancement from the state general fund for the construction, remodeling, or repair of school buildings to any school corporation.
