Section 20-43-9-5 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2024] Eligibility; implementation of primetime program

In order to receive a distribution under this chapter, a school corporation must implement the primetime program in the following order:

(1) Grade 1.

(2) Grade 2.

(3) Grade 3 or kindergarten.

(4) The grade not chosen under subdivision (3).
