Section 20-32-8-8 - Remediation programs or preventive remediation programs

The governing body of a school corporation may establish a remediation program or a preventive remediation program under this chapter for all students who fall below the academic standards adopted under IC 20-31-3. The governing body shall spend money under this chapter for direct remediation or direct preventative remediation services for students.
