Section 20-31-4.1-3 - Accreditation of charter schools(a) The state board shall accredit a school that:(1) becomes a charter school under IC 20-24; and(2) complies with the requirements under IC 20-24.(b) An authorizer (as defined in IC 20-24-1-2.5 ) of a charter school is responsible for ensuring that the charter school is in compliance with applicable legal standards as determined by the state board.Added by P.L. 92-2020,SEC. 69, eff. 3/18/2020.
