Section 20-29-3-14 - Collection of information by the executive director(a) The board's executive director shall collect on behalf of the board:(1) statistical data on the resources of each school corporation;(2) the substance of any agreements reached by each school corporation; and(3) other relevant data as determined by the board or the board's executive director.(b) Parties to a collective bargaining agreement shall comply with the board's requests for information necessary to comply with subsection (a).Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-9(g).
