Section 20-28-9-0.2 - Application of certain amendments to prior law

The amendments made to IC 20-6.1-5-14 (before its repeal, now codified at section 20 of this chapter) by P.L. 46-1985 do not affect contracts entered into before, and in effect on, July 1, 1986.
