Section 20-28-6-4 - Contract forms; applicable teachers(a) This section does not apply to:(1) a teacher employed as a substitute teacher; or(2) an individual who holds an adjunct teacher permit issued by the governing body of a school corporation or the equivalent authority for a charter school or nonpublic school under IC 20-28-5-27.(b) A teacher employed in a public school must be employed on a uniform teacher's contract or a supplemental service teacher's contract.Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-6.1-4-5.
