Section 20-27-3-7 - Standards of construction and equipment(a) A school bus or special purpose bus sold or delivered in Indiana must meet the standards of construction and equipment set forth in the rules of the committee.(b) A school bus may not be originally licensed in Indiana until the school bus has been inspected by the state police department and found to comply with these standards.Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-9.1-4-10.
