Section 20-26-5.5-3 - Prohibit materials containing obscene matter or matter harmful to minors

A school corporation or charter school may not make available materials that contain:

(1) obscene matter (as described in IC 35-49-2-1); or
(2) matter harmful to minors (as described in IC 35-49-2-2);

within the school library.
