Section 20-26-11-6 - Transfer tuition(a) A school corporation may accept a transferring student without approval of the transferor corporation under section 5 of this chapter.(b) A transferee corporation may not require a parent or student requesting transfer to the school corporation to pay transfer tuition or any other fee associated with the transfer of the student.Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-8.1-6.1-3.
