Section 20-25-9-1 - Use of student performance improvement levels

IC 20-31-8 applies to the school city and its schools. The board shall use the student performance improvement levels established under IC 20-25-11 to:

(1) assess;

(2) report; and

(3) improve;

the performance of schools, educators, and students in the school city.
