Section 20-25-12-6 - Educators' determination of needed educational resources; purchases and acquisitions(a) Each school's educators may:(1) determine the educational resources, goods, and services that are necessary and appropriate for improving student performance in the school; and(2) obtain or purchase the educational resources, goods, and services.(b) Purchases and acquisitions under this section are subject to:(1) the general guidelines developed by the board; andPre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-3.1-9-6.
