Section 20-24.5-2-9 - Agreements with school corporations and educational organizations

Agreements may be entered into with school corporations and educational organizations for:

(1) the assignment of students to a laboratory school;

(2) the payment of transfer fees; and

(3) contributions to the cost of establishing and maintaining a laboratory school.
