Section 20-24.2-4-1 - Compliance with applicable laws and Constitutions(a) A qualified district or qualified high school shall ensure continued compliance with:(1) applicable federal and state laws; and(2) the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Indiana.(b) A qualified district or qualified high school is subject to all federal and state laws and constitutional provisions that prohibit discrimination.Added by P.L. 201-2013, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2013.
