Section 20-24-13-1 - Applicability of chapter(a) This chapter applies to the following:(1) A charter school that does not receive a pro rata share of local property tax revenue.(2) An innovation network school located in a school city, as defined in IC 20-25-2-12, that existed on January 1, 2015, that does not receive a pro rata share of local property tax revenue (referred to as an innovation network school in this chapter).(b) This chapter does not apply to a virtual charter school or an adult high school.Added by P.L. 213-2015, SEC. 162, eff. 7/1/2015.
