Section 20-23-6-14 - Liberal construction of existing laws

All laws enacted pertaining to the consolidation of school corporations shall be liberally construed to effect the following purposes for which the laws were enacted:

(1) Better schools.

(2) Ease of administration.

(3) Economy of operation.
